The Gibraltar boys' basketball team could not slow down the Southern Door Eagles in the second half of their 73-52 defeat Monday night.
The game was tied at 33 apiece at the break, but the Eagles took over in the second half offensively. They outscored the Vikings 40-19 in the final frame. Ryan Claflin led all scorers with 22 points while Alex Daoust (15) and Devin Schinktgen (11) also scored in double figures on the evening.
