Despite another strong night by Robby Pollman and Brent Haberli, the Sevastopol Pioneers boys' basketball team simply didn't have enough against Sturgeon Bay in its 92-69 defeat Thursday.
The Clippers did their damage from behind the arc, knocking down 13 three-pointers while the Pioneers did their own good work from range, connecting on 11 of their own. Pollman and Haberli each connected on four three-pointers en route to 31 and 23 point night respectively. Gunnar Tebon led all scorers with 32 points in the game for the Clippers.
The Pioneers are back in action at home on Tuesday against Algoma.
