The skid has now hit five of their last six games for the Sturgeon Bay High School girls’ basketball team. The team lost at Oconto, 39-34. The Clippers couldn’t find enough offense in the second half to overcome a dismal offensive start. After 18 minutes of play, Sturgeon Bay had only eight points. Ashley Alberts was the only Clipper in double figures with 17.
Another tough test awaits on Tuesday when the Clippers host the Peshtigo Bulldogs who come in with a 7-2 record in Packerland play.
